Kundenmeinung zu DressView - Fa. Henninger GmbH u. Co. KGDas BMR DressView wird seit diesem Jahr in der doppelseitigen Zentrumschleifmaschine ZS2000 eingesetzt. Die Implementierung gemeinsam mit BMR ist im zweiten Quartal gestartet und die ersten Erfolge konnten bereits gemeinsam nach kurzer Zeit verbucht werden. Die Zentrumschleifmaschine ZS2000 mit dem DressView wurde auf der EMO 2017 in Hannover vorgestellt.Das auf Körperschall-Prinzip bestehende bisherige System lässt kein gleichzeitiges Zentrumschleifen der beiden Zentren zu, da Schwingungen der jeweilig anderen Spindel während der Bearbeitung keine eindeutige Zuordnung bei der Auswertung zulässt.Mit dem DressView System können wir nun beide Zentren gleichzeitig zentrumschleifen! Das hat uns auch davon überzeugt, das BMR-System zu implementieren und ausgiebig zu testen. Wir reduzieren damit enorm die Bearbeitungszeit bei einer für Stückzahl ausgelegten Zentrumschleifmaschine. Bei korrekter Einstellung sind bis zu 50% Taktzeitreduzierung möglich. Auch die zu erwartende sehr niedrige Störanfälligkeit lässt uns positiv in die Zukunft blicken.Die Anbindung an die Zentrumschleifmaschine ZS2000 verlief reibungslos und unkompliziert. Selbst eine Nachrüstung/Aufrüstung in eine bestehende Produktionsmaschine ist umsetz- und in die Steuerung integrierbar. Die Integration in einseitige und NC gesteuerte Zentrumschleifmaschinen ist geplant.„In Zeiten von Industrie 4.0 ist die maximale Prozessüberwachung für moderne, zukunftsorientierte Maschinenhersteller ein Muss.
